But, for me, I really like the way it looks and functionally I don't think there is any advantage to having it through the bumper you know. It would've been a hell of a lot easier to mount it on the bottom of the crash bar and through the front grille and not have to had cut up my bumper. I really loved the look of some of the more classy GT Cars with exposed tow hooks through the bumper and I kind of wanted to be different. The tow hook, this one was purely aesthetic. My Z gets into the power band a bit faster and the only complaint is of course the higher rpms at cruising speed which rarely ever happens (driven it 2 times on the street since I made that video). Not so much the VLSD, but I knew that going in. The bigger rear gear has been a great addition as well. They work great on track, a quick glance and I know exactly whats going on. Now, I do wish I had done a more elegant solution to mounting the gauges but, that's just the perfectionist in me speaking.

In all honesty, one of the best mods I've done. I have ZERO regrets about changing out the center gauges.
